There are several coaches going from the area, leaving at different times and from different places. See the details below:
'March for the Alternative' / Anti-cuts march, it is best if they
email: mike.tully [AT] fbu [DOT ORG DOT UK] (he can also be contacted by Telephone: 0785 5478168). He will organise them to get on the most sensible
coach depending on their preferences. There are different coaches
leaving at different times and from different places in Stroud. Two
are being organised by Stroud Against the Cuts, and UNISON, the Fire
Brigades Union and the local Trades Council have also organised
coaches.
Alternatively, people can contact John Marjoram, who is responsible
for the Stroud Against the Cuts coach (the cost was originally set at
£11 waged, £5.50 unwaged) which is leaving from Cheapside on 01453
750962 (though he may redirect them to Mike Tully) He can also be
contacted via email: jmgreenstroud [AT] gmail [DOT COM]
The Union coaches are subsidising the cost of transport - so if people
are unable to afford the cost they may be able to get a free ticket.

coaches around the country (pass on to your friends!)

It may be worth mentioning that apparently all trains are fully booked
up for saturday 26th. People will be able to buy tickets on the day,
but the trains are likely to be busy.
People may also consider travelling on different days and staying
overight - particularly on the saturday night as many groups are
calling for protests and eg. occupations to continue over night. See:
