Further to recent actions in Oxford concerning Arafat's death and the re-arrest of nuclear whistle-blower Mordechai Vanunu, here is a recent statement from Mordechai Vanunu himself.
Mordechai Vanunu the Israeli scientist who alerted the world to Israel's nuclear weapons capabilities. He spent many years in solitary confinement in prison before being released earlier this year with many conditions including a ban on talking to foreigners and journalists.

Dear friends.
What had hapen last Thursday Nov' 11th. first the timimng,israel spy chose the day of Arafat death,they was ready with this plan to arest me since oct'19th I saw the paper signd by the same jewish religon judge from oct'19th.so the new arafat going to die,and
decided to arest me at that event day. The police start investigeting since May when they arested Peter Hunnam. but insted of quetioning me,they decided to build a huge case,gathering alot of interviews in hope to have areal case,for gioing to court and
imprison me. So they invaded the church st George catderal.with two motorsocles black clothes helmets,muchin guns,3 cares with more police with muchin guns,speciial detctores ready to use force to grab me, they arrive to Jerusalem since 5:00 AM,ready for the
invasion,until 9:00 AM when they recieve the orders,they come with a warant to serch my room,all by the jewish religios judge who didn't respected the holly place
church,imagine what israel will say if the same on jewish sinagog. the bishop Reyah,come immediatly forious of this invading his church demanding from them to put down the muchines gunes, and to respect the geust house the visitoures. after few times their shife told them to hide thir gunes, they serch my room 10 people took all the computers
and any electroic devices,mobile phone every C D ,D V D,books paperes.and then want me to
signtheir papers, I refused because the did not wrote alll what they
took. and took me with them in thier car to Petah tikva, in the police station they started questioned me about all my interviews since MAY until Oct' they had all the in formation from internet,and also from aresting questioning some journalists.
I in the begining refused to answer later I told him every thing was all
ready published 18 years ago or go see sundy time article from 1986,
after 2 houres i demanded to meet my lawer Feldman then they say I am
undr arest, Feldman came we met,and they sagree to go to court at
19:00. I stoped answering their questions,aand just waiting to the court, in the court they demanded one week house arest,to come to police for questions any time they call, again to speak about NWS in israel,wedisagree,but the judge impose these roles and snt me
free,I continue to speak with the media and returned back to st george.
So my view they want to frighten me,and to let me see the church is not helpping,can not give me sanctory,The police love to show they can put me back in prison.
But it seems they can not prove that I am revealing any new secrets,
only that I am speaking to foriegners, The conclosion all is in the hand of shaback mosad
they are deciding what will happen . so if they will not charge me then they should sent me free next april. anyway this event prove I can not live free here, hope to see you in real freedom
