point 1. the initial comment says nothing about work permits, it's those who work without them that causes folks to have problems, all workers have the same rights to a safe working environment, if it fails to live up to that then they have the same right to call in the EHO or the HSE.
Point 2.If you do not have work for people then why employ them? really why? please tell me because this is a point I get very confused about.
Point 3.Many members of staff in the NHS come to learn in the UK then return when they are qualified, some stay and contribute to the service. The NHS is free at the point of contact and no one is turned away unless they are aggressive or taking the piss. However for long term care, please tell me why someone who has not paid into the system can take that care from those who have? The NHS is underfunded and poorly run, so we havent got the money for treating everyone, so you going to sit at A&E and tell the 65 yr old she cant have her treatment?
Deal with things as they are not as they would be in the fluffy bunny land of infinate money and perfection.
come up with a way top fix things (in the real world) not just whinge about how wrong the world is
hmmmm

Every aspect and complexity can't be covered in a brief leaflet like this. There ARE billions of ££s available for the NHS, but they're being poured into the pockets of big IT firms to produce crap which doesn't work and often buggers things up for the people doing the real work. This isn't fluffy bunny land. The money is there. It's just not being spent on the right things
