Get involved with the Oxford Indymedia Collective

Oxford Indymedia is maintained by a collective of volunteers. Everybody that wants to contribute to Oxford Indymedia is welcome to be a part of the collective. We need many different skills to keep Oxford Indymedia running including tech skills, writing skills, people with time to moderate the site, and much more.

Get involved with the collective by coming to our monthly meetings. We currently meet every first Wednesday of the month at 7.00pm in OARC, East Oxford Community Centre, Cowley Road, OX4 1DD. Our meetings are always advertised on the calendar.

Get in touch with us if you cannot come to our meetings or have other ideas about how you can get involved.

Promote Oxford Indymedia

Tell all your friends about us, and encourage them to us our site and get involved.

We have lots of flyers and stickers that you can use. They are stored in the leaflet rack outside of OARC.

We don't actually need any money at the moment. But if you really want to give some cash to support grassroots media projects, you can give to UK Indymedia (who host our site) or OARC (where we have our meetings).
